The Caturra coffee varietal originated as a natural mutation of Bourbon coffee discovered in Brazil in the 1930s. Instead of the fruit turning a conventional red when ripe, this varietal turns yellow in color.  This coffee is especially unique, and remains a comfortable choice for anyone that loves a balanced medium roast.
