Catuai is an Arabica coffee varietal and is the result of a breeding program from Brazil that created a cross between Caturra and Mundo Novo. Catuai thrives on Maui due to it's high tolerance to strong wind and heavy rain, as well as it's compact stature for ease of harvest.  In the cup, this coffee is celebrated for its consistency and balance of both brightness and body.
